The history of this condo project, where a former carwash used to be at the intersection of LaSalle blvd, Strathmore and Rushbrooke, is long and confusing. The project was beset with problems which delayed its completion for many years. At one point I thought I'd never see the end of it. By the last photo, in August 2013, the condos were still empty. Now it's occupied. This building would also be included as an example of Narrow Montreal. Previous articles : here and here.

L'histoire de ce projet de condo, où un ancien lave-auto se trouvait à l'intersection de boulevard Lasalle, Strathmore et Rushbrooke, est longue et confuse. Le projet a été assailli de problèmes qui ont retardé son achèvement pendant de nombreuses années. A un moment, j'ai pensé que je ne verrais jamais la fin de ce projet. Dans la dernière photo, en août 2013, les appartements étaient toujours vide. Maintenant, ils sont presque tous occupés.
