The Louis-Hippolyte Lafontaine house strikes a lonely figure in this panoramic photo of the construction site where a new Holiday Inn hotel will be built around it (or part of it?) on Rene-Levesque. The panoramic photo below is the dilapidated building that used to be there before it was demolished.
