Abandoned Landmark: Louis-Hippolyte Lafontaine's home

A Montreal landmark that's in jeopardy. Hi-res scans of 35mm photos I took a month ago. The wooden wall surrounds part of the land around the house. It's beautiful and will probably be torn down one of these days. You can visit my Flickr account to view hi-res versions by clicking on the photos.

Update on the Maurice Boyer Pro Shop in Verdun

New photos on the old Maurice Boyer Pro Shop in Verdun. They're already pre-selling the condos that are going to be built there.

Vanishing Montreal in the media

Vanishing Montreal got two mentions in The Gazette in Andy Riga's Metropolitan News column, first in the Saturday Gazette in the Extra section on February 26 and also in yesterday's edition.

Cool stuff. I just wish they published one of the photos of the demolition. When you view them in high resolution, they're epic. Oh well, it's amazing nonetheless. BTW, there's more to come on the Trinity church demolition. I'm scanning some 35mm photos.
