Now this building on R. Levesque blvd is uuugly. Beautiful churches, nice buildings, unique houses have been demolished and yet this survives. It wouldn't bother me if this thing was demolished. Seriously...

It is an eyesore. On top of it, its acrylic is peeling off, infiltrated by water. The bunker style concrete wall reaching crescent st should also go.
