This building and an adjacent one to its left (not pictured) on R. Levesque were demolished last year to make way for another new hotel / apartment project, even though the Marriott hotel courtyard is just next to it. It's now just another big construction site amongst many others on R. Lvesque blvd.

Ce bâtiment et un autre à sa gauche (non illustré) sur R. Levesque ont été démolis l'an dernier pour faire place à un nouveau projet hôtel / appartement, même si l'hôtel Marriott Courtyard est juste à côté. C'est maintenant juste un autre immense chantier de construction grand parmi plusieurs autres sur R. Lévesque.
